As coaches, our aim is to empower our clients, guiding them to overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes. However, if we neglect to incorporate the body into our approach, our efforts may only skim the surface of their potential.
Clients often create detailed plans and take initial steps to propel themselves forward, much like joining a gym and attending sessions diligently. Initially, progress appears promising. Yet, frequently, they find themselves back at square one, with patterns becoming even more deeply ingrained.
This can leave coaches feeling there’s more they could do to support their clients, or even questioning the impact of coaching altogether.
While clients may leave sessions feeling inspired and energized, they often struggle to make tangible changes or integrate insights into their daily lives.
Practice with Others
Mindfulness comes more easily with daily practice. Different areas of the brain light up when we’re being mindful rather than running on autopilot. The more we practice, the more significant and lasting these shifts become.
Practicing mindfulness on your own is certainly valuable, yet when we come together, something shifts. Each individual practice merges with the energy and intention of the whole, magnifying effects for us all.

Practice with partners
Apply the skills you learn in the live session by practicing with a partner. Each week you will partner with a different coach. Working with and getting to know like-minded coaches from around the world.
Small Group Learning
This program is limited to 20 participants. Unlike other online programs you connect and get to know everyone on the program. This also gives you a chance to interact and ask questions more frequently.

Satyam Veronica Chalmers
ICF Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC)
Satyam has 21 years experience in coaching and training coaches. She has trained hundreds of individuals in coaching skills, including working with various large organisations to create an internal resource of coaches. She is qualified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
For 13 years Satyam worked as a senior trainer, coach, mentor and assessor with NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). From 2008-2011 she held the position of Global Head of Training and Development with NLI. This role included heading up a global team of over 100 coach trainers, mentors and assessors. She was responsible for development, design, delivery and evaluation of coach training, mentor training, assessor training and train-the-trainer programs.
Satyam has been sharing and speaking about mindfulness since 2008. Seeing the impact it had on herself and others lead to the creation of this program in 2012. Since then 500 + coaches have participated.

1 - Science & Practice of Mindfulness
This module explores what mindfulness is and the science-proven benefits we receive from practicing mindfulness. We also explore some basic mindfulness practices, as well as how to support ourselves and our clients to start practicing.
2 - Deepening our Presence
This module focuses on the challenges that arise for both our clients and ourselves when practicing mindfulness and how to overcome those challenges. We explore how to deepen our own presence with clients, as well as encourage them to continue practicing.
3 - Supporting clients to develop mindfulness
We focus on how and when to introduce mindfulness to our clients and the types of practices that support clients in specific areas (such as sleep, dealing with emotions, connecting with the body).
4 - Listening deeply to create transformation
The focus for this module is on contining to deepen oure presence and focus on listening deeply to what is being said beyond the words. To listen for sutble nuances such as body language, emotions, what isn’t being said. We also explore how to support clients to listen more deeply to others.

Time (Australia): 8-9.30am and 6-7.30pm Perth Australia time. Please choose one time slot only. If you want to receive the full ICF CCEU’s you can miss up to 3 calls during the program. Any missed calls can be made up by listening to the recording for that session. Please add an additional 30 minutes to each session, if you would like to attend the optional group mentoring.
