Developing the skill of mindfulness will support you to deal with strong emotions, focus and engage more with work and the people in your life, respond rather than react in the moment, as well as create space so you feel like you can breath and deal with life more easily.

Creating the habit of mindfulness

Mindfulness comes more easily with daily practice. Different areas of the brain light up when we’re being mindful rather than running on autopilot. The more we practice, the more significant and lasting these shifts become.

Mindfulness is easy to understand however harder to apply daily. Supporting a daily practice can be a challenge on our own. It’s useful to have someone to support you to overcome the challenges and maintain the momentum of a daily practice.

Included in the Program
This individual coaching program is over 3-6 months using zoom video conferencing. The first session is focused on creating specific goals that you would like to achieve over the period of the program.

12 x 1 hr sessions

Sessions are held weekly or fortnightly over a 3-6 month period.

Weekly check in's

Each week you will reflect on what you’re learning and how to continue applying the learnings throughout your life.

Virtual Coaching

The program is held via zoom video conferencing, so you can be anywhere in the world for the coaching sessions.

Weekly Mindfulness Inspiration

Each week you will receive articles and inspiration to keep practicing daily.

Email coaching

In between sessions you can email Satyam with questions or challenges, so you can stay on track and progress outside the sessions.

Mindfulness Practices

You will receive a variety of mindfulness practices in audio, so you can download and listen to these guided practices.

Satyam has 18 years experience in coaching and training coaches. She has trained hundreds of individuals in coaching skills, including working with various large organisations to create an internal resource of coaches. She is qualified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

For 13 years Satyam worked as a senior trainer, coach, mentor and assessor with NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). From 2008-2011 she held the position of Global Head of Training and Development with NLI. This role included heading up a global team of over 100 coach trainers, mentors and assessors. She was responsible for development, design, delivery and evaluation of coach training, mentor training, assessor training and train-the-trainer programs.

Satyam has been sharing and speaking about mindfulness for the last 10 years. Seeing the impact it had on herself and others lead to the creation of this program 4 years ago. Since then 200 + coaches have participated.
