Creating the habit of mindfulness
Mindfulness comes more easily with daily practice. Different areas of the brain light up when we’re being mindful rather than running on autopilot. The more we practice, the more significant and lasting these shifts become.Mindfulness is easy to understand however harder to apply daily. Supporting a daily practice can be a challenge on our own. It’s useful to have someone to support you to overcome the challenges and maintain the momentum of a daily practice.

Satyam Veronica Chalmers
ICF Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC)
For 13 years Satyam worked as a senior trainer, coach, mentor and assessor with NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). From 2008-2011 she held the position of Global Head of Training and Development with NLI. This role included heading up a global team of over 100 coach trainers, mentors and assessors. She was responsible for development, design, delivery and evaluation of coach training, mentor training, assessor training and train-the-trainer programs.
Satyam has been sharing and speaking about mindfulness for the last 10 years. Seeing the impact it had on herself and others lead to the creation of this program 4 years ago. Since then 200 + coaches have participated.
